By creating an account or using Gortti ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Gortti is a free golf scorecard application that lets users track scores, play skins and side bets, participate in leagues, and view round statistics. The Service is provided as a progressive web app and native mobile apps.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service for other users
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the data you submit (scores, profile information, comments). By using the Service, you grant us the right to store and display this data as needed to operate the Service.

6. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Finland.
